How to link Amazon Prime Gaming to your EA Account
Use these steps to connect your Amazon account through your EA Account settings. Make sure you select the EA Account you use to play EA SPORTS FC.
Open your EA Account settings
Visit EA Account settings and sign in with the account you use in-game.
Make sure you are signed in to the correct EA Account before continuing.
Go to Connected Accounts
Find the Connected Accounts section in your EA Account settings. This is where EA lets you manage linked services and platforms.
Select Amazon Prime Gaming
Choose Amazon Prime Gaming from the available connection options, then select Continue. You’ll be redirected to Amazon to sign in.
Sign in and authorize the connection
Log in to the Amazon account that has your Prime membership. Review the authorization request and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.
Confirm that your accounts are linked
Return to your EA Account’s Connected Accounts page and check that the Amazon connection is shown. You can now visit Prime Gaming and look for available EA SPORTS FC offers.
Important: Prime Gaming offers change over time and may have eligibility, membership, region, or redemption requirements. Linking accounts does not automatically grant every reward—open the offer and follow its claim instructions.
Do you also need to link Twitch?
Yes, if the reward is a Twitch Drop. Linking Amazon Prime Gaming does not replace linking Twitch for Drops. Connect Twitch separately to the same EA Account you use in EA SPORTS FC.
Twitch Drops are available only on streams and events that have Drops enabled.
Open the EA and Twitch linking page
Go to ea.com/twitchlinking and sign in to your EA Account if prompted.
Authorize your Twitch account
Sign in to the Twitch account you use to watch streams. Review the permissions and authorize the connection when prompted.
Confirm the connection
Follow the final confirmation steps, then check your EA Connected Accounts settings to make sure Twitch is linked to the correct EA Account.
How to make sure your rewards arrive
Once your accounts are connected, each promotion has its own redemption instructions. For Twitch Drops, watch an eligible stream for the required time and claim the reward from your Twitch Drops inventory when required.
- Use the same EA Account that you use to play EA SPORTS FC.
- Check the offer details for region and membership eligibility.
- For Twitch Drops, watch an eligible stream for the full required duration.
- Claim the Drop in Twitch Drops & Rewards if the campaign requires it.
- Launch the game using the linked EA Account and allow time for delivery.
Having trouble? First check that you linked the right accounts and claimed the reward successfully. Restart the game and platform. If the item is still missing, use EA Help and review the campaign’s specific requirements.
